Make money from Twitter using TwittAd

This had to happen sooner than later.

A new website, called TwittAd, allows you to sell your Twitter profile’s background image for a price! All you need to do is to create an account at TwittAd.com, set your price and hope that an advertiser finds it attractive enough.

Payments are made into your PayPal account.

Most people use either browser plugins like TwitterFox, or Air based desktop applications. I really don’t know how many people visit the Twitter website to check on tweets. Nonetheless, this is an interesting development. Lets wait and watch to see if this venture succeeds or not.
