Performancing Ads is an ad marketplace for 125×125 format ads. This ad format is most popular amongst bloggers.

Ads can be bought or sold in 1 week intervals. The price is set by publishers. You can get on the 1st of the following month in which the ad spot was sold. There is no 30 day or 60 day wait period.

Performancing Ads has an affiliate program as well. This is the interesting part. You can:
