Entrecard is an easy way to network with other bloggers. Create a card for yourself and host the widget on your blog.
You can drop your card on other blogs which runs the Entrecard widget.

I have found a lot of blogs that I would never have otherwise known about with Entrecard.
I think the system needs to be tweaked now that there are so many people using it. The wait for the popular blogs is pretty much forever.
