PayPal introduces cash withdrawal to Indian Banks

There is some great news for those in India using PayPal.

PayPal today introduced cash withdrawal to Indian Banks. This direct deposit/wire transfer will reduce the time required to have the money remitted into your account. Just not that, if you withdraw more than Rs. 7000, the service is free of cost! For amounts below Rs. 7000, it costs Rs. 50 as a processing fee.

As of today, the following Indian Banks are supported:

  • State Bank of India
  • Bank of India
  • Citibank
  • ICICI Bank
  • HDFC Bank
  • Canara Bank
  • Union Bank of India
  • Axis Bank
  • ING Vyasa Bank
  • HSBC
  • Standard Chartered Bank
