Got my first payment from Smorty!

The first post itself was a review for Smorty to get accepted into their system. The post got approved finally after 2 rounds of review!!! So, here is the blow-by-blow details:

• The review cannot have any other advertisements. This includes inline ads as well
• Â The new BritePic ad service of Adbrite cannot be used also.

Basically, I had to disable Kontera, Adbrite, AuctionAds and BritePic specifically for that post, since these come up randomly on posts.

Beyond this, over the last couple of weeks, I’ve not seen any new reviews being made available on the system. When I first created an account on Smorty, there were 3 reviews available including the one for Smorty itself. Today, its showing the other two and no new ones are available.

Is Smorty really succesful? I don’t know… Time will tell.

At least for now, I’ve got my money for the 1st review ;-)
