I currently use Text Link Ads and so far I like what they offer. I actually like Kontera the most of all Text Advertisements, and they make me the most money too

I’ve used them all and this is my take..

Textlinkbrokers - They’re like the beta in the VHS / Beta battle, while linkworth and textlinkads are DVD’s. If you are into paying out the arse for pagerank, use them. The guys running it are douche’s, pardon my language.

Textlinkads - They’re probably the most known, but IMHO, they seem to follow the lead of linkworth. I like their nice look and functionality, but a little too controlling and I can’t get past the fact they take HALF your money. But would definitely recommend them.

Linkworth - Maybe i’m biased because I signed up with them before the others kind of back when they started, but they’re the nicest to work with of the bunch. I just don’t understand why more people don’t use them because you get 70 percent of the money. The other thing is they offer all the products of the link selling, paid reviews, the kontera type ads and other products in one location. I make the most with them because I can offer more types of ads and get most of the money.

I can’t wait to see what you think.

Oh yeah, that Kontera has become a real pain. I liked it better when those places limited the number of linked words on a page. I think Linkworth only lets 4 or 5 per page, but i’ve seen pages with over 20 kontera ads. Talk about overkill.

I’ll be very curious to see how it goes - please let us know what you find out.

The biggest factor someone should consider when choosing a link brokerage is how private their inventory is. Assuming they are buying links for search engine rankings.

I would rather pay more money for a link that works then for a link on a site that has an affiliate link back to TLA or Linkworth, or that is listed in a public directory for all to view, including Google.

We may be old school but in the case where Google is out to block the pagerank of sites selling links, I think the smart move is not going with the cheapest link but the link that is the farthest below the radar. Those kinds of links are neither cheap nor easy to get.

If your goal is to buy links that are not for SEO then you should be using Adwords not a link broker, as there is very little direct traffic to be had by purchasing most “brokered” links (with the exception of a few).

Jarrod, you can keep trying to throw your competition under the bus, or you can just learn to nut up and accept what people are saying. You act as if just because TLA and ourselves use affiliate links, then we’re the only one’s targeted! Well my friend, I would suggest you maybe take a step back and survey the lay of the land.

Are you aware that over 90% of the inventory you claim is undetectable also uses either LinkWorth or TLA? That means, while you don’t offer your customers a way to earn from referrals, your still out in the open.

Then let’s throw this scenario out for all to read: You are always yapping in public forums about how “private” and “discreet” you guys are and how “horrible” we are because of affiliate links and inventory. I can dispute all you say, but I just wanted to point out something very obvious here, do you realize how much of a target you put on your own customers by saying these things? If I was Matt Cutts and it was my sole job to stop people who sell links to game their pagerank (which you openly admit), I would target you first just because it’s more of a challenge.

My suggestion would be to not try to gain customers by bashing your competition who say nothing about you. If your secretive business is as good as you say it is, then let your results speak for itself.

One can find many discussions by just searching your name:

Other than that, I can’t wait to see this blogs comparison as well. I wouldn’t imagine this is the type of comparison you were looking for, but I just wanted to try to open his eye’s a bit.

wow, you have the big guys chattin on this topic. nice!

I think i have to side with Linkworth. I think jarrod is the same kid that would play hide-n-seek, then while the person is looking for them, he would scream out, “I’m over here”.

looking through those google results, these finds were interesting:
