I came across an interesting site called MyLiveSignature which provides you the flexibility to generate signatures, which you can integrate into your site or use as you deem fit.

Well, you can use the WordPress Theme Editor and edit the “Single Post” file. Add the code wherever you want the signature to appear. The post on Lorelle gives one specific example of where you can add the signature.
